Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy – The Paper Brand
Every single design, artwork, illustration, layout, and concept created by The Paper Brand is original and protected under The Copyright Act, 1957. Legal protection is immediate from the moment our work is created — no extra registration needed.
This means:
You do not have permission to touch, copy, trace, reuse, edit, or “get inspired” by our work. Not today. Not ever.
Here’s what you absolutely CANNOT do:
- Do not copy or reproduce our designs
- Do not trace or recreate anything from our collections
- Do not take screenshots of our artwork for personal or commercial use
- Do not resell, reuse, rebrand, or redistribute our templates, illustrations, or layouts
- Do not remove watermarks or edit our files in any way
- Do not borrow or “reimagine” our ideas under your name
- Do not present our work as yours, not even a little bit
This is not flattery.
This is theft.
If you want inspiration — ask.
If you want trouble — go ahead.
But don’t say we didn’t warn you.
We are not a free resource. We are not your Pinterest board.
Our work is our property — and we guard it fiercely.
Legal action is real and non-negotiable.
We take swift steps to protect our designs through copyright enforcement, takedown actions, and formal legal proceedings. You will face consequences — professionally, publicly, and legally.
Respect the work. Or don’t touch it.
This is your only notice. No excuses. No exceptions.
