Digital Products – No Take-Backs (With Love!)
Our digital products—especially the custom-made ones—are designed just for you. That means once we’ve sent your final file, it’s all yours! No refunds, no returns. Why? Because it’s personalized magic, and magic can’t be undone.
But hey, we’re human too. If you’ve received the wrong file or something’s off with delivery (like a missing link or incorrect format), we’ve got your back. Just drop us an email and we’ll fix it right up.
Printed Products – We’ve Got You Covered
If your physical product arrives looking like it had a rough journey or there’s a goof on our part (printing errors, damage in transit, etc.), we’ll make it right. Here’s how:
- Damaged during shipping?
- Oops in printing?
- Something not as promised?
Snap a pic, send it to us within 2–3 days of delivery, and include your order number. We’ll sort it out—no fuss.
Why We Take Full Payment Upfront (Spoiler: It Helps Everyone!)
We work hard on your custom orders—illustrating outfits, crafting details, and making every piece sparkle. That’s why we ask for full payment before we begin. It helps us stay focused, fast, and fabulous. Plus, watermarking every update? Not our vibe.
So, one payment = smooth process + beautiful results.
